Job Description

• Works with TM & VM Manager to help define and execute VM launch programmes across all distribution, proactively adding value with creative input wherever possible, and respecting brand codes throughout distribution
• Works with TM & VM Manager to cascade visual merchandising communications to Sales and Field teams, clearly and in good time, to ensure high-touch execution in store
• Sets up, package and supply print-ready artwork to print suppliers as necessary, liaising with brand team for any specific requirements
• Collaborates with Procurement and Retail Operation team on briefing, prototyping and developing specific pos projects with new or existing suppliers
• Supports effectively maintain budget parameters
• Supports managing and raising all purchase orders and update purchase order tracker daily
• Supports managing matchproofing of visuals ensuring compliance in terms of usage rights & expiry dates with marketing teams
• Maintains an awareness of competitor activity and interesting creative tools
• Ensures store photo databases are updated regularly
• Supports Marketing, PR and Education teams at events when required, and assist in the development and implementation of VM Conference set ups, Retailer Strategy meetings and promotional site opportunities
• Work with vendors on development of all merchandising items such as window treatments, counter tester units, any displays and etc
• Create all launch collateral allocations and internal free-of-charge orders
• Maintain an awareness of competitor activity
• Regular store visits to test new VM, support AC’s , to coach and ensure high-touch implementation of Visual Merchandising standards

• Demonstrable visual design skills.
• Interest in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilization.
• Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Creative and innovative thinker.
• Ability to analyze sales merchandising reports and survey results.
• Fluent in English.
• Relevant Bachelor's degree (new graduate).
