The Hatvan plant was established in 1998 and meanwhile it has become the largest production site of the Automotive Electronics division within the Bosch Group worldwide, where more than 6000 colleagues contribute to shaping the future of driving. Your contribution to something big:
► We'll start a CoC team in HtvP and you'll strengthen our local team for wet chemical cleaning processes
► You are the CoC expert for wet chemical cleaning processes (spray cleaning and ultrasonic cleaning)
► You are responsible for the industrialization of new technologies up to MRL10 and the handover to the series production
► You improve the standardization of the wet chemical cleaning processes
► You take care of the process optimization, cost reduction projects and incident management. You find solutions for quality and performance issues of the machines and implement them in the series production
► You choose suitable machines and tools. Together with the purchasing department you are responsible for supplier competitions
What distinguishes you?
► Education : University degree (M.Sc.) in chemistry, material science, engineering or a comparable subject
► Personality : Team-oriented, assertive, resilient, excellent communication skills in an international environment
► Working practice : Systematic, structured, outcome-oriented, proactive, independent, collaborative, integrating
► Experience and knowledge : Preferably 1-3 years of experience with Bosch; knowledge in wet chemical cleaning, problem solving skills, design of experiments and evaluation methods (e.g. principal component analysis) is beneficial
► Enthusiasm : Readiness to travel (10%), eagerness for knowledge of new technologies
► Languages : Business fluent both written and spoken in English, preferably basic German
