Job Description

3E and our global IT team is looking for a Regulatory Content Developer for 3E ERC to work in our Sofia office (hybrid position).

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Programming and maintenance of internal and external programs (rule or template logic for regulatory compliance in SAP EH&S). Support internal and external customers regarding technical and regulatory inquiries.
• Train and supervise Jr. staff.
• Define and implement company standards for SAP Rule/Template development.
• Consults with clients on new and custom Rules/ Templates development and best practices for Rules / Templates implementation.
• Development of documentation for rules and templates.
• Completes all responsibilities as outlined on annual Performance Plan.
• Completes all special projects and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP EHS.
• Experience with 3E ERC – EHS Regulatory Content and its components Expert Rules and/or WWI Templates.
• Experience working with relational databases, such as MS Access.
• Experience in Information Technology with solid knowledge of windows operating systems, office automation and Windows software applications, such as MS Excel.
• Excellent technical aptitude and programming experience.
• Experience working on an IT project or in an IT product support environment.

• Analytical and problem-solving
• High Level of English
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously and deliver necessary documentation

Desirable:

• Experience in SAP software development technology and tools.
• Regulatory and/or chemistry background.
• Experience with agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum).
• Experience in leading development teams.

Big Plus:

• Experience in the field of Dangerous Goods and/or GHS (Globally Harmonized System)
