SAP Roles and Authorizations Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Description

Are you a specialist in SAP Roles and Authorizations? Then, this is your role!

• You will identify and streamline Authorizations reported issues for a quick resolution and feedback on all type of requests through the VC IT AUTH Mailbox
• Support Service Teams on Day-to-Day issues, Cutover, Go-Lives and Emergency Repair access so they can be fully functional and productive, removing impediments
• Coordinate the creation of End User authorizations so they will be able to access all environments within VC EU ERPs and perform their daily activities for the
• Active communication with Business and other interested stakeholders to accelerate resolution
• Engage with global teams to contribute finding alternative solutions to business issues without affecting the business as usual
• Responsible for identifying risks / dependencies associated to Roles and Authorizations
• Support user with adequate SAP GUI readiness handling by interacting with external and internal teams
• Defining, refining and implementing frameworks as well as assuring that all is documented appropriately
• Coordination with Process and Product Owners to facilitate clarifications or issues with adding new Transaction Codes to existing or new Job Roles
• Support preparation and execution of Users and Roles Recertification
• Functional and Technical Knowledge & Consultancy in ABAP developments

Your Skills / Competencies:

• Application knowledge (SAP, Provisioning Tools, SharePoint, etc.,)
• Motivator / Facilitator / Team Worker
• Experienced know how working on Microsoft 365 Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Strong customer focus orientation
• Fluent English speaker
• Experienced Background in BC-Authorizations
