What will you do?

• Coordinates all aspects of a field service job including scheduling a technician, ordering parts, communicating with the customer, etc.
• Ability to manage complex service jobs with multiple vendors & multiple service dates
• Ability to manage multiple service projects at a time
• Order entry and processing
• Ensure jobs are invoiced in a timely fashion
• Manage schedule for field service technicians
• Produce a monthly forecast for service orders
• Proactive collaboration to avoid overdue accounts receivables by working with AR team and Operations to resolve AR related issues
• Support to the project team in opening jobs, and assisting with dispatching technicians
• Understanding formal escalation and review processes
• Ensuring documentation is maintained throughout the length of the job
• Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
• Solving any issues that may arise during the job or project
• Managing and building relationships with multiple teams
• Managing day-to-day activities for the Project Management team
• Analyzing project data and producing progress reports

What will you need to succeed?

• BS/BA in related discipline or advance degree
• 1-2 years of previous project coordination experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent knowledge and experience on MS office applications
• Knowledge in using SAP or any other ERP system is an asset
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to interact effectively with cross functional divisions
• Proven ability to solve problems and drive sustainable environment
• Must have a high degree of motivation and a strong customer focus
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and excel in customer relations
• PMP certification is an asset
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
