Integrated Marketing Specialist

Job Summary

We’re looking for a creative and forward thinking marketer and innovator to help us develop integrated marketing solutions that offer our clients enhanced sponsorships and advertising experiences, while maximizing our advertising sales revenue. This individual will support identifying revenue opportunities across different lines of business (from Automotive to Retail, and Media & Entertainment, and more) by partnering with Sales and other internal stakeholders, and develop integrated marketing solutions to address those opportunities. Integrated marketing solutions may include developing advertising opportunities in areas like our Xfinity X1 platform, or off-platform with other partners and content providers. Day-to-day would require developing presentations materials and pitches for the Sales and Sales Development teams, identifying revenue opportunity, researching campaign effectiveness, tracking and reporting results to management. Implements assigned projects, as directed, and may assign tasks and provide leadership within our group’s area of influence. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Develops and distributes Marketing campaigns, new advertising products and promotional programs targeted at specific market segments.
• Researches buyers' priorities and preferences in selected channels to customize marketing and promotional programs.
• Develops presentations and pitches for the Sales and Sales Development teams. Ensures the teams have adequate materials and information to sell the benefits and features of specific products and programs.
• Makes modifications to particular marketing programs.
• Demonstrates clear expertise and in-depth working knowledge of all areas of the function.
• Implements projects; assigns tasks and monitors project progression.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
