Core Responsibilities

• Check/Debug production alerts escalated from NOC team;
• Check/Debug technical issues escalated from client service team;
• Join/support Live event bridge for client's tent pole;
• Host/support client Ad server capacity load test;
• Work with dev team for the support eng need
• Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Ma jored in CS or related subjects
• Scripting language coding (Python, Go, or Bash)
• AWS services
