Job Description

In the eBike Systems business unit, we develop innovative products and services that make eBiking even more fascinating - from highly efficient drive systems over the first series-produced ABS for pedelecs to smart connectivity solutions. For sustainable mobility that's fun.

• In eBike Connected Devices we are developing displays, remote controllers and connectivity modules for the Bosch eBike System. As our new team member in the project management department, you will be responsible to support all our worldwide development project and product launches in the global certification and approval process.
• You will be completely responsible for all aspects of product certifications and approvals with high autonomy. In this case you are going to define a process and standards of execution for all global markets.
• Also, you are going develop a network of experts for requirements gathering, testhouses, norms and standards monitoring.
• Furthermore, you will be actively involved in all projects for the estimation, planning, coordination and exection of the product certification and approval and support all stakeholders with required information and documentation.
• In the course of your work, you will need to develop practices, identify synergies with other products and establish continuously improvements in our business unit to advance the execution and cooperation with other departments in eBike Systems.

This position can be occupied at any of the locations Reutlingen or Stuttgart.
Remote Work is possible, though presence on-side is frequently required.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed university studies (Bachelor/Master's/Diploma) in electrical or mechanical engineering, physics, computer science or a comparable course of study
• Personality and Working Practice: self-dependent, reliable, team player, structured, ability to guide and coach teams
• Experience and Knowledge: Experience with legal product requirements, norms, standards, certification and product approval processes are beneficial; several years of professional experience in coordinative jobs like project management, product development, R&D or similar
• Languages: very good communication skills in written and spoken English and German
