Key Qualifications
Key Qualifications
- 10+ years experience at a senior level managing teams with creative & strategic editorial output
- Significant media industry experience. Familiar with content creation timelines
- Experience with concepting, creating, and executing multi-phase and multi-platform campaigns and content stunts that are both strategic and seasonal
- Experience working alongside Operations and publishing teams
- Experience in leading cross functional workgroups to further develop existing internal tools and best practices
- Seasoned stakeholder management
- High attention to detail
- High degree of ownership and accountability, often while handling assignments and information of a confidential nature
- Passion for music and pop culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain focused while juggling multiple tasks, opinion and perspectives
- Outstanding presentation skills
- Proven interpersonal & communication skills with emphasis on building productive and positive relationships
- Experience managing a successful team who are at the center of a cross-functional workflow
- Deep understanding of video & music content formats
- Excellent and proven people-management and development skills
- Experience working direct-to-consumer, subscription, and/or streaming products preferred

Description Shape & build rich, meaningful content campaigns that speak to the value of human connection, music and culture on Apple Music Develop Editorial brand work for Apple Music through the lens of education to our subscribers Work with the wider Apple teams to seed and place Apple Music through the entire Apple ecosystem Work closely with Content teams to ensure content publishing strategy aligns with product and business objectives and provide feedback and input that drives improvements to the overall content workflow Work closely with all creative teams bringing the work to life Present plans to executive leadership and incorporate feedback Develop and refine the Apple Music focus as it relates to our Values campaigns via cross-functional partnerships Refine the storytelling and content elements of each campaign Plan, produce, track and execute each project and campaign from concept phase through hand-off to production Track, monitor and build insights strategy for all campaigns to measure success and articulate their value Partner closely with the Inclusion & Diversity Lead to host cross-functional workshops for Values campaigns Work closely with the wider Apple organization to ensure the Apple Music work is of the highest standard and laddering up to wider Apple initiatives Effectively manage a talented team of content strategists
