We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Sales Support Admin to join our Sales Operations team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

  • Client Engagement & Renewal Processing
    • Collaborate with Client to secure annual renewal business within the budgeted billing month and provide high level of customer service and support in conjunction with other departments, acting as a liaison between the client and internal teams
    • Maintain high level of customer retention in conjunction with other internal groups
    • Enhance organization’s reputation by taking ownership for addressing customer requests
    • Create renewal paperwork (contracts and agreements) for Renewals
    • Review documentation (PO, Contract) for accuracy and consistency prior to submitting paperwork for renewal
    • Work closely with Finance and the Legal Department to ensure that sales orders, agreements, and related documents are created properly
  • Sales Support
    • Prepare and provide to sales reps detailed renewal reports that include a summary of the past year product usage, customer feedback/interaction and a renewal risk assessment.
    • Prepare customer renewal presentations for use by the sales rep in customer care and customer renewal meetings
    • Assist Sales team in closing new and upsell business, including sales order processing, investment summary review, completion of vendor forms, etc.
    • Maintain accurate data and information in SalesForce (CRM) to ensure renewals are forecasted accurately, customer contact information is current, and opportunities are set up correctly for future billings
    • Process sales orders as accurately as possible and in a timely manner; including the review of supporting documentation

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required, concentration in Business Admin, Finance, Marketing preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales support preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software preferred.
