Job Description

Power electronics designs like DC/DC converters, Motor drives, Inverter, Onboard Chargers, Battery Management (BMS) etc. Design of different Power supply topologies like PMIC, Buck, Boost, Magnetics, DC/AC converter, Analog/Digital Electronics etc.

Qualifications

B.E / B. Tech / M.E / M. Tech – Power Electronics/Electrical /Electronics/Communication/ Instrumentation

Additional Information

Experience.: 3 to 8 Years

1.Solid knowledge of Power Electronics Fundamentals, Power Switching Devices (MOSFET/ IGBT), Switched mode power supplies, Magnetics & Gate Driver Design.

2.Thorough understanding of high voltage (HV) electronics design for AC and DC units (Voltages: 400V – 1200V, Current 200A – 800A)

3. Good experience in Hardware Integration tasks

4. Detailed device level circuit simulation knowhow; understanding of EMC-behavior in power electronic units is an advantage

5.Laboratory experience and/or hands-on power electronic product development

6. Experience with some of the simulation tools such as ANSYS, PSpice, SABER, MATHCAD, Simetrix, Simplis, MATLAB

7.Experience in FMEA, DFMEA, FMEDA & DOORS.

8.Knowhow on automotive hardware product development lifecycle is an advantage.
