The job holder will be expected to contribute significantly to the overall planning and delivery of the Facilities Management function. In addition, the FCM Manager is expected to work with colleagues throughout the business to achieve the best possible result for Bosch as a whole.

Job Description

Within area of operation, the FCM Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations of RBGH and RBL sites.

Specific Features - FCM manager:

Construction and area management

• Existing building renovation and repair per customer’s requirement
• Workshop/office space planning and management as well as all relocation related works
• Operation, service and preventative maintenance for all FCM related equipment
• Electricity system, e.g. power supply system, DDC system, lighting and so on
• HVAC system, plumbing, compressed-air, fire protection system and all facilities including buildings.
• Location security system: ACS, CCTV, turnstile
• Environmental waste equipment, Supply and disposal etc
• Energy Efficiency management
• Electrical safety responsible for location
• Operational responsibility for site/offices/warehouses/grounds (Facility perspective) for named RBGH and RBL sites
• Day to day management of All external contractors
• Legal Requirements/Legislation for PPM activities
• M&E, Security, Cleaning, Real Estate (Space Planning), Access Control, Energy Reduction, Grounds Maintenance.
• Writing Specifications to Bosch Standards and Managing CAPEX projects.
• Internal Soft services. (Reception, Post room, goods in)
• Responsible for setting goals and objectives for FCM staff members, setting GPD with FCM-GB
• Reporting to directly to FCM-GB

Leading of communication with stakeholders and external service providers.

• Coordination of activities with HR, HSE, CGR-TR
• External service providers
• Landlord and services

Commercial function and quality management

• BP plan and execution (Headcount, Cost, Fixed assets, etc )
• Lead employees, organize employee training and development, Cptm
• Quality management system policy deployment for facility O&M process (TS16949,OSHA18001)
• RB/GF 165 Managing operating units
• CD 03901 Facilities Management
• CD 03906 Procurement of Real Estate Issues
• CD 03800 Occupational health and safety, fire protection, environmental and emergency control
• RB/GF 131 Release and Prohibition of materials

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Future and result oriented strategical mindset
• Ability to tackle complex problems
• Several years’ experience in facility management area and in project management
• Experience working/integrating in an international team
• Excellent in spoken and written English
• Education background in engineering (preferably civil engineer, electrical engineer, architect or mechanical engineer)

This Job is a strategic position and requires an experienced dedicated Facilities manager who can adapt to busy commercial/ Industrial environment. They will be able to meet deadlines and objectives when requested. The person will also need to work on their own initiative and have good communication skills when interfacing at all levels.
