About the role:
Join the team that keep our office running smoothly, and be a part of keeping our growing, fast-paced office clean, organized and caffeinated!. Working in our office & facilities team this role will be split between two main areas of focus: supporting our Full time Barista to run our Coffee Bar and supporting our facilities team to keep our physical space in top condition.

What you’ll do:
- Support our barista with coffee bar operations (Set up, Pack down, making coffee) alone and in a team at peak times
- Provide full time cover of the coffee bar when the Head barista is on leave
- Assist with unpacking deliveries and orders for the Coffee Bar supplies and stock management
- Assist our facilities team with maintaining overall cleanliness of the kitchens inclusive of running and emptying dishwashers, spot cleaning of benches and surfaces, restocking of cleaning supplies.
- Assist with the daily restocking of snacks and communal supplies in the fridges and 'pantries'
- Assist in maintaining the office as a clean and tidy space including straightening of furniture, tidying meeting rooms, clean down of whiteboards, restock of supplies in meeting rooms
- Assist in maintaining the EOT facilities in the office for towels and consumables
- Provide support to the facilities coordinator to ensure office space if prepared for office guests and potential candidates - set up & pack down of meeting spaces
- Provide support to the engagement team with the set up and pack down of in office events and functions as needed.
- Support the Facilities Coordinator with stock counts for ordering of supplies for the workplace - Snacks, kitchen consumables, Cleaning, Stationary, towels
