Job Summary:
Responsible for execution and delivery for all shared service operations encompassing 5 global centers operating in 5 regions and employing roughly 1,100 people. Responsible for all service delivery and operational engagement/coordination while driving continuous improvement efforts across GFSS centers. Will partner closely with global process leaders and transformation teams along with IT organization to drive standardization, new service implementations, and continuous improvement efforts, including deployment of all metrics, reporting and customer service management. Primary point of escalation for executive finance leaders in the businesses and regions.
