Then come in and join our Digital Workflows team as IT Business Analyst –Service Automation! This position is based out of Spain, and you will have colleagues in other locations such as Germany.

Your mission and responsibilities:

This is a global position as part of the Global Digital Workflows team with focus on the automation of current IT Services.

Task and responsibilities:

• You support the analysis, solution design and implementation of the business requirements of automation of IT services ensuring compliance, quality, security and data protection policies.
• You coordinate the implementation of the automation of infrastructure services within the Service request management system e.g., ServiceNow such as new requests for a new Mailbox. This requires the coordination of internal and external development resources to ensure the timely delivery of tested solutions.
• You are responsible for analyzing demands from Business and IT Service Owners
• You are responsible for Requirement Engineering and Solution Designing to ensure secure, efficiently, and maintainable solutions within existing Tooling landscape (ServiceNow).

Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed a university degree in the field of IT technology field
• You have well-founded, 5-10 years of professional experience in various areas of IT, especially in the areas of business process analysis and modelling
• You have broad experience in the area Service Request Management (e.g., ServiceNow) and especially in designing of complex workflows and integrations for Service Automation
• You have experience in the use of agile methods such as Agile / Scrum
• You have knowledge of common IT processes (e.g., ITIL framework) to support us as part of an IT service management organization
• You have a strong infrastructure background, and you understand the underlying technologies

• You are characterized by self-motivation and a high-performance standard. That's why you like to take the initiative and advance topics confidently and independently
• You can develop and present solution concepts and decision templates from an economic point of view and to obtain decisions
• With your high level of social competence and teamwork, you can interact with stakeholders on an equal footing, build a trusting relationship and manage commitments
• We lead by being lean − Just like us, you have the competence and take responsibility to question our processes and continuously improve them in the interest of the customer
• Due to your very good presentation and moderation skills, you can present complex facts in an understandable way (e.g., as a big picture)
• English is mandatory (please submit your CV in English). German language would be a plus
