Your main responsibilities:

• To lead the deployment of the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Inventory Optimization solution across distribution centers and manufacturing plants within the PMCC network including configuration, process documentation, training, monitoring and continuous improvement to deliver the intended business results in customer delivery and inventory value.
• To support adoption of the IBP S&OP & Control Tower modules by working with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical gaps.
• To build Analytics & Dashboard views in the IBP Control Tower Module and / or other reporting systems (i.e. SAP BW / Power BI) to improve understanding and adoption of IBP data and in turn support improved decision making within PMCC Supply and Inventory Planning.

• IBP Inventory Optimization deployment:
- Initial configuration of the system to deliver optimal results
- Documenting processes to be adopted
- Working with users to deliver training
- Monitoring adoption across sites to ensure processes are applied consistently and effectively
- Working with the business to iteratively improve results in each planning cycle
- Accountability for delivering benefits in business results

• IBP Reporting:
- Work with stakeholders in SCM, Operations & Finance to identify reporting needs
- Work with IT to deploy any required key figures via enhancement requests in IBP
- Work with IT to send IBP data to BW for reporting purposes
- Design dashboards in IBP / Power BI using available data to meet reporting needs

Qualifications

Your experience matters:

University degree
- 5+ years in silimar position
- SCM, SIOP, ERP systems knowledge
- Change management, ability to work in matrix, analytical, results oriented, process minded, customer orientated, coaching, influencer, strong communication skills.
