Apple’s Commercial Marketing team is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support the strategy development and execution of marketing campaigns and hero product programs within Apple Retail - across apple.com, in the Apple Store app, and in over 500 stores globally. Our team is looking for someone who can build and execute marketing strategies and customer communications across digital and physical channels. You will obsess over the customer journey and collaborate closely with partners across Apple, using business data, an understanding of customer needs and marketing instinct, to drive decisions and the work forward.

- 8+ years experience managing Retail programs and customer lifecycle strategies
- Proven experience leading, running and measuring large-scale marketing initiatives
- Retail (digital and stores), wireless carriers, subscription commerce or product launch experience preferred
- Strong program and project management skills
- Able to home in on business challenges, use insights, discuss and debate ideas, and develop an informed point of view
- Able to connect dots across information, work streams, and people to inform the work
- Adept at solving problems and delivering results through negotiation, tact and diplomacy
- Able to develop clear, concise marketing and creative briefs
- Experience working in a global organization on multi-market, multi-language projects
- Extraordinary storyteller with strong written and verbal communication skills; strong at building and delivering compelling presentations
- Team-player, strong collaborator
- Able to work independently and with ambiguity to develop a new concept

Description As Marketing Managers, we rely on deep experience to execute campaigns from strategy and concept to production and delivery. We use consumer insights, strategic thinking skills, business objectives and creativity to ensure all work engages customers while delivering on business goals. We have the organizational skills of project managers, the attention to detail of a designer, and the ability to converse fluently with product, business, operations and creative teams. We use interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with a global cross-functional team. We socialize ideas and work with stakeholders world-wide to get input and buy-in. We juggle multiple workflows, deliver projects on aggressive timeline, and organize complex information so it’s clear, concise, and digestible. Responsibilities Lead cross-functional team meetings and review key milestones with business partners and Retail leadership Write strategic marketing briefs grounded in data and geared towards business objectives Manage and optimize marketing activity on online and digital platforms, and in stores Organize content changes and stay up-to-date with the latest plan of record to ensure global partners are aligned and local needs are reflected accurately Review digital platform content updates in testing environments Manage the prioritization of projects across digital platforms Track and use knowledge of the customer - from behaviors and insights to their journey in-store - to influence ideas and the work Socialize ideas and work with stakeholders world-wide to gain input and buy-in Manage multiple workflows and deliver projects on aggressive timelines Translate business and customer needs into project requirements Organize complex information so it’s clear, concise, and digestible
