200433047 Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We lead all of Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Producer to join a group in our Interactive Comms team. As a Senior Producer, you will play an integral part in leading Apple's overall digital presence. Apple's digital properties are a showcase for Internet standards and innovation in addition to being a critical part of our product marketing strategy and customer journey. You will guide key digital communications efforts across a range of platforms, including Apple.com, Email, Apple Online Store and Apple Store App. The position requires excellent communication skills and experience working directly with creative and technology teams, as well as a wide array of business stakeholders, working cross-functionally to ensure creative and business objectives are well defined and appropriately executed to achieve desired results. You will oversee a range of creative and technical projects, ensuring they are produced on strategy, on time and within budget.

- You have at least seven years experience in marketing and digital project management, with at least five years of demonstrable experience leading complex projects. Interactive agency experience is preferred.
- You have a proven track record of guiding, driving, and influencing teams to launch innovative digital experiences.
- You are familiar with a range digital communication platforms, are proficient in the latest Internet advancements and have a strong interest in the future of technology.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and thrive working in a creative and dynamic environment.
- You deliver results and have a can-do attitude when it comes to hitting milestones and meeting deadlines.
- You have experience working with and presenting to all level of stakeholders, including executive leaders.
- You are highly organized and love to craft efficiencies to further streamline projects and processes.
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and change with an ability to focus on the smallest detail as well as define broader strategic plans.
Description
Description Manages projects for key, high-profile launches campaigns and business critical initiatives. Communicates high-level concepts and overall business direction succinctly to all levels of the organization both within Marcom and to partner teams. Can distill and articulate product and business strategy to project teams. Recommends solutions that break ground in digital experience and does not shy away from standing behind the right solution. Collaborates with multiple partners, builds positive relationships and leads a multidisciplinary team toward desired results. Structures and scopes complex digital and interactive projects with multiple work streams. Collaborates with partners and agency teams on an ongoing basis to support the success of projects. Prioritizes projects and ongoing changes in real time, refining interactive processes based on project requirements. Identifies risks and dependencies in cross-functional program plans, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks and manage partner expectations. Facilitates project presentations independently to senior stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communicator with great interpersonal and presentation skills. Organizes information quickly and summarizes it succinctly within a specified deadline to move the project forward. Works under tight deadlines and has the flexibility to accommodate change. Outstanding attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
