Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will understand trends and market developments in diagnostic imaging and imaging healthcare providers throughout the world and use them to develop innovative marketing strategies for different target groups and providers (e.g. radiology chains, hub-and-spoke imaging networks)
• You will develop convincing, benefit-based messages for various stakeholders, giving particular attention to the requirements of management, procurement and finance departments of global imaging providers
• You will be independently responsible for managing global projects on customer understanding (e.g. next-gen radiologist, next-gen imaging provider) and making the results of these projects tangible and usable
• You will independently create high-quality marketing content which addresses current challenges (such as the shortage of qualified personnel, sustainability, green radiology) and communicates our unique benefits in a creative, customer-focused way
• You will utilize the opportunities of digital media and develop innovative content which reaches and inspires our customers
• You will work independently, identify the right contacts and set up a diverse international team in order to draw up high-value global marketing strategies and content together, which you will present both digitally and in direct contact with customers

Your qualifications and experience:

• You have completed a degree in business administration, marketing, health economics or similar
• You are familiar with challenges and developments in the healthcare sector and have many years of experience in healthcare, ideally including at management level
• You have a joined-up way of thinking and you are skilled at demonstrating how different products, solutions and services fit into the bigger picture
• You have experience of drawing up high-quality marketing strategies and customer-focused content in the field of healthcare
• You understand how to bring diverse interests into a wider context
• You have in-depth experience in marketing and are familiar with digital media and the possibilities it presents

Your attributes and skills:

• You have excellent English-language communication skills (and preferably a good knowledge of German), ideally combined with highly developed PowerPoint and visualization skills
• You are experienced in dealing with external customers and able to communicate with them on an equal footing
• You are a skilled motivator. You enjoy working closely with customers and colleagues from different functions, organizations and cultures
• You think strategically, are creative and can adapt flexibly to changing challenges. You are a natural co-creator with an appreciative approach to working with others and you strive to achieve tangible results
