Expert Consultant GAP ADP Link

Job Summary:

As a member of ADP's France Functional Support team, the Expert Consultant GAP ADP Link is responsible for the following platforms:

• ADP Link application
• Business Objects
• UX (user experience)

Responsibilities:

• Provide functional and technical support on ADP LINK and BO:
• Handle Siebel tickets assigned to the dedicated Siebel group by the client service and implementation teams;
• Be part of product stabilisation with the R&D, the production teams and the internal clients;
• Be part of product evolution:
• Analyse the needs or malfunctions of applications.
• Issue requests for correction and evolution of applications.
• Write the expressions of technical needs.
• Participate in prioritizing requests with internal customers and R&D.
• Contribute to testing and version deployment
• Test and document technical developments.
• Write technical documentation
• Produce technical documentation for internal customers.
• Ensure the evolution of these documentations, according to the product versions.
• Define and facilitate internal training
• Adapt internal training courses and pedagogical contents in line with the evolution of the offers.
• Share your experience and expertise by facilitating these training sessions.
• Set up and run workshops, as needed and appropriate.
• Participate in projects managed by the team
• Migration or product evolution projects.
• Define the project process and deliverables: internal and customer documentation, communication, KPIs.
• Ensure the follow-up of the project until its completion.

Knowledge Requirements:

• The minimum requirements for technical skills are as follows:

Systems WINDOWS

Languages JAVA / JEE, ORACLE SQL

• Knowledge of or ability to learn the components of the ADP LINK system
• Knowledge of or ability to learn the configuration tools (Tools)
• Knowledge of or ability to learn the system process flows and technical architecture
• Knowledge of or ability to learn the diagnostic tools made available (production consoles, database analysis tool-DBHAWK, etc.)
• Very good level of written and spoken French
