Position Overview

The E2E (End to End) Travel System Administrator implements and maintains the global strategy for the functional configuration of the E2E Travel Concur Solution and is responsible for all the functional system configuration and maintenance activities within the assigned countries/region.

In this role you will liaise with governance and operational owners for Planning, Booking and Expense, gather requirements, document processes, and provide direct oversight of the local system configuration.

The role will support the global E2E Travel Management team as needed and will perform various other duties and special projects in support of the department as required. This is a hybrid position. Working in the Orlando office 2 or 3 days a week.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Functional relationship management and issue resolution with SAP Concur (the E2E Travel SaaS provider)
  • Functional system configuration and general operation maintenance, including gathering global and local functional requirements, system testing for functional requirements and facilitating functional user acceptance sign off
  • Liaison to HR, GS IT and Accounting for issue resolution of global and local data feed and system integration
  • Operational effectiveness and annual signoff of system controls
  • Daily secondary end user system support
  • Business process documentation, annual review and updates
  • Continuous improvement activities related to system effectiveness and automation
  • Identify, participate in and project manage improvement and further implementation activities, i.e. M&A, ERP transitions, interfaces, functional global and local testing
  • Support developing the system configuration support process design
  • Support managing and developing the documentation of the E2E Travel Service and associated processes

The E2E Travel System Administrator will foster a team environment and a strong service culture that ensures delivery of timely, quality services to internal customers and meets service level agreements.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Strong customer service and teamwork skills, quality and change orientation with initiative and a strong drive for continuous process improvement and eagerness to develop
  • 5 plus years’ experience in a Travel Admin role using Concur.
  • Associate degree required, BS/BA preferred
  • Be a problem-solver, not just reactionary, but a proactive force in effectively identifying problems, suggesting and implementing solutions and process improvements
  • Demonstrated ability to identify problems as they occur, taking appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is difficult or complex.
  • Project Management, excellent organization and time management skills
  • Communicator and sensitivity to intercultural issues
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written required
  • Other language skills such as German, Spanish or Portuguese highly preferred
  • 2 plus years knowledge of SAP
  • Experience in continuous improvement, including technology upgrades and implementation
  • Demonstrated understanding and application of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management, and disciplinary action
  • Demonstrated capacity for leading change management effort
  • Demonstrated knowledge of quality support
  • Ability to apply documented rules, past practices, or instruction on an independent level
  • Provide general guidance and train others
