Job Description
Your life at Ubi:
As a Total Rewards Manager, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing Total Rewards strategy and schemes, benefits programs, policies, and procedures in Ubisoft Romania, that align with the global strategy and local needs.
You will also provide hands-on HR leadership to the senior leaders of their business function and must act as an employee champion and a change agent.
Your main mission:
Reward
- Responsible for aligning reward systems with business goals and enhancing the organization’s ability to attract, retain, and reward high-performing employees
- Responsible for ensuring that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations
- Develops pay systems that are industry competitive and enable management to focus on rewarding individual and team performance
- Perform benchmarking of employees' compensation against relevant surveys in the region and propose appropriate actions
- Implementation of the annual salary review process for the organization in Romania
- Drive and support the year-end compensation process, ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes
- Employment cost budget management and support the global LTI process
Recognition & retention
- Develop a recognition and retention framework and implement relevant programs across the business
Payroll
- Manage the relationship with the payroll provider and suggest regular improvements to the process
- Ensure the in-house payroll processes are complaint, efficient, automated and there are relevant process audits in place
Benefits
- Develop and implement the benefits strategy and ensure an ongoing review and improvement of the benefits offering, in line with the business needs, employees’ profiles and market evolution
Management
- Manage compensation, payroll & benefits team
- Act as the Project Lead for specific people initiatives as defined with the HRD and business leadership at the beginning of the financial year
- Actively participate in Studio HR Leadership Team (HRLT), projects, and initiatives. Work with the HRLT on specific organizational needs related to business priorities
- Work closely with the HQ HR (including Total Rewards, International Mobility, Talent teams), and act as a Subject Matter Expert
- Facilitate a strong leadership and coaching culture and develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees
- Maintain knowledge of progressive HR practices and key trends
Qualifications
Qualifications
The value you bring:
- Graduate degree preferred
- Strong experience in Human Resources, with a specialization in C&B and Total Rewards. Previous experience in Finance roles is relevant too, if there is recent specialization in C&B and Total Rewards
- Experience in team management and experience in fast paced organizations with a strong focus on people development
- Experience in working alongside senior leaders and coach top management
- Previous experience in working with international teams and in international projects
- Business acumen and strong business judgment connecting human resources with business strategies and goals
- Able to build effective teams committed to organizational objectives; foster collaboration among team members; and develop individuals and teams by providing effective feedback and coaching, delegating, empowering, and removing obstacles
- Advanced level of English
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and familiar with large data bases for various analysis
