No warehouse experience necessary! Offers start at $16.95/hour and increases based on experience! Shift Differential for Weekend Swing shift is +15% in addition to hourly pay! The Warehouse Associate is an integral part of our team’s success. In this role you will be responsible for the operation of merchandise handling (picking and putting items away), receiving inventory, price marking, splitting, shipping, packing specialized customer orders, handing cardboard and waste for the team efficiency and the preparation and assembly of bikes. Our warehouse teams set the pace and energy for the Co-op, ensuring that our Retail stores and customers get product quickly! If you love a fun, fast-paced work environment, this role is for you! Bring your passion and expertise

• No Warehouse Experience Necessary.
• Department worked in day to day may change, flexibility is required outside of home department.
• Ability to meet or exceed attendance requirements, providing reliable and predictable attendance.
• Ability to work safely, minding personal and team safety in daily operations.
• Basic math skills.
• Actively participates and collaborates with others on one's own team and across REI for the achievement of business goals.
• Uses business knowledge, creative thinking, and make good judgment in problem solving.
• Works efficiently by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.
• Clearly conveys and accurately receives information by a variety of methods and in various situations.
• Required ability to frequently lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.
• Required to work standing or walking on concrete floors for entirety of 8-10 hour shift.
