Responsibilities:
- Provide support to our internal and external clients which includes instruction, navigation, troubleshooting, maintenance and evaluations to determine solutions and alternatives, as well as offer best practices related to general payroll compliance where necessary.
- Ensures proper, timely follow-up on assigned cases to ensure service level agreements and that the client experience is seamless, builds trust in ADP as a service provider.
- Respond professionally and timely to internal/external clients regarding the use of WFN (Payroll, Time & Attendance, HRB modules) as well as CCI programming.
- Use resources to research and respond to client inquiries requiring guidance on how to address a wide variety of payroll, pay practice, payroll tax questions and statutory and regulatory changes.
- Responds to & resolves all incoming telephone calls in a queue based environment and/or Outlook/Siebel inquiries from clients; delivering the highest level of customer service within expected timelines.
- Ability to work within hours of operation spanning 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. Shift coverage may vary occasionally depending on business needs.
- Complete complex projects for clients, such as calculation updates, special reports, and company set up or troubleshooting activities.
- Review and create internal documentation to support responses to payroll practitioner/specialist questions
- Identifies, recommends, or refers any issues or opportunities which arise from client queries to the appropriate internal ADP Team.
- Gains a broad understanding of ADP's multi-modular Payroll, Time and Attendance and HR application including the many complex features and configuration options.
- Continually upgrades knowledge and skill base through a wide variety of available resources to ensure familiarity, on appropriate statutory laws, or legislative rulings that impact clients; learns future products and new tools as they are deployed.
- Learns, understands, maintains and contributes to internal support processes. Proactively seek ways to provide a better service experience for clients, recommending enhancements to products and support processes.
- Work with internal technical support, various production departments and additional ADP Service hubs as needed to identify a resolution.
- Assists in the training of less tenured or new hired associates on product knowledge, process and procedures.
- Provide feedback and suggestions on products, issues, processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Payroll and WFN (3 years' experience of Product/Payroll knowledge strongly preferred)
- Knowledge of CCI (Autopay) is required
- Experience with TLM/EZLM is an asset
- Strong MS Office Skills (Word/Excel)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- English/French Bilingualism is required

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in Payroll/HR experience
- Canadian Payroll Association (CPA) certification is an asset (PCP)
