Looking for an exciting role where you can develop your career within Marketing? This is your lucky day, because we are now hiring an Oncology BU Trainee to join our dynamic and inspiring team.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

In this role you will provide support related to marketing activities for the Spanish Oncology Business Unit. You will primarily focus on providing administrative and technical support to the Marketing team while receiving specific training related to Marketing activities and what it means within an international setting.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Collaborate in the preparation and execution of the launch of new projects in the Business Unit.
• Coordinate and support the sales network in its analysis and decision-making needs.
• Assist and support the Business unit director/Head in the preparation of strategic projects, as well as performance analysis.
• Planning and execution of the Business Unit social media strategy.
• Monitoring and optimization of the Business unit activities through designated and agreed KPIs
• Act according to Corporate, Compliance, Ethical codes and Legal standards
• Promotes, encourage and demonstrate commitment to Takeda-ism philosophy and values.
• Communicate to pharmacovigilance department any adverse reaction at the time of becoming aware of it, following company’s internal procedures.
• Promote, encourage and demonstrate commitment to Takeda-ism philosophy and values
• Communicate any adverse reaction as soon as it is identified to the Pharmacovigilance
• Department as detailed in the company’s internal procedures
• Act according to Corporate, Compliance, Ethical codes and Legal standards.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

• University Degree
• Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory)
• Master degree related with pharmaceutical industry (Desirable)
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical industry is valued

Skills:

• ·Communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrable thirst for knowledge with an ability to assimilate information quickly.
• Experience of working in a matrix management environment is valued
• Passionate and self-confident
• IT skills in particularly competent with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
