Services Growth Marketing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to focus on defining, developing and launching systems and processes that support the ongoing growth and enjoyment of Apple’s media services, including Music, TV+, Arcade, News, Fitness+ and Apple One. Core to this role is a keen understanding of subscription media services, marketing campaigns, product development lifecycles, and flexible, real-time collaboration platforms. The candidate must be able to work in quick and rapid iterative cycles, have the creativity and humility to formulate new ideas and approaches, be oriented towards experimentation, and above all, uses data and structured thinking to inform their approach. This position also requires the candidate to work closely with global and cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Product, Operations, Business and Marketing, and involves prioritizing strategic marketing campaigns, feature asks, feature performance evaluation and partnering with the Marketing team in strategic planning and vision definition.

- 8+ years of experience in project and process management with a focus in cross-functional collaboration and prioritization.
- Experience creating and managing project workflows, and prioritizing those projects leveraging collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Basecamp, Trello, etc.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and present to partners at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain positive relationship management abilities and demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Expertise in working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction.
- Passion for partnering with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to research and prioritize new features, programs and capabilities.
- Experience tracking and managing multiple projects, businesses and products within tight deadlines, using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
- A stellar teammate and manager who is able to influence and drive decision making for the group as a whole.
- Occasional international travel required.
Description
Description Work with internal Marketing leads and a cross-functional team of marketing managers, engineers, product owners, and business leads to develop, document and launch projects, features and programs for the ongoing evolution of Apple’s services business and the associated customer experience. Develop and evolve the collaboration platforms used within the team and by our cross-functional partners to track and prioritize programs, feature enhancements and status, down to the individual requirement level. Provide reporting on project, program and product status across the various business and lifecycles. Create and manage the tools necessary for marketing, business and product leaders to evaluate and prioritize a large portfolio of projects.

Education & Experience B.A./B.S or M.S. or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Project Management
