Job Description

• Develop, maintain, and refine business case and yearly business planning of consulting products (e.g., business plan, staffing, localizations, strategies, investment) in alignment with relevant stakeholders (management, sales, portfolio management etc.)
• Facilitate global business operations (e.g., profitability, quality, customers, knowledge management, knowledge transfer to and enabling of all regions, competence development, legal issues)
• Enable sales and build lasting customer relationships (e.g., customer meetings, quotations, projects, marketing material, packaging, pricing)
• Drive continuous improvement of consulting portfolio (e.g., innovation of product, extension and adaption of portfolio and technical roadmaps, efficiency improvements)
• Manage internal and external collaborations (from loose alliances, joint projects, subcontracting up to legal partnerships); identify and leverage synergies of consulting products with ETAS' portfolio
• Represent the consulting services internally (e.g., towards employees, board, portfolio management, sales, legal, marketing) and externally (e.g., customers, events, publications, committees)
• Participate in selected consulting projects

Qualifications

• Academic degree in an IT related (e.g., computer science, engineering) or business related (e.g., MBA) field
• Several years of work experience as consultant in the automotive or information security industries
• First hand know-how in product management
• Recognized by clients, peers, and management as collaborative, perseverant, and relentlessly improving yourself, your products, your teams
• Keen understanding of international and intercultural differences
• Inspiring professional presence with excellent communication and presentation skills in English; German a bonus
