The GTM Systems team at Drift continuously evolves the internal tech stack powering Marketing (Operations), Sales (Operations) and Customer (Operations). The Go-To-Market (GTM) work helps operationalize the company.


We want you to bring your unique capabilities and to have a great time!

What you’ll be doing on the team:


In one month you'll:

Understand Drift’s go-to-market strategy, and learn about the apps we use to support it. Ship multiple enhancements to our tech stack!

By month 3 you'll:

Take ownership of a key system health metric (e.g., duplicate records, data cleanliness).
Provide suggestions for improving the key system health metric with the goal of eliminating root causes via automation.
Autonomously ship many new features and capabilities in Salesforce and beyond.

About you and what type of skills you’ll need:

You are positive, creative, curious, and comfortable asking a lot of questions.
You are excited to learn how to develop in Salesforce, Tray.io, and other systems in our tech stack.
You’re dedicated to your craft and want to work amongst a team that will inspire you to achieve high standards on a daily basis.
You can take candid feedback well and are willing to put in the work to sharpen your skill sets.
You are detail oriented and organized.
You love listening to customers, discussing the big picture with colleagues, and diving into the weeds when needed.
You enjoy hearing the perspectives of others.
You are ready to make an immediate impact in week 1.

In service of various states’ wage disclosure laws: The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $25 to $30 for US candidates. Through a review of equity with other team members, market data, experience, knowledge, skills and the abilities of the applicant, the level and salary ranges may change. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted at a percentage of the base salary.
