Cisco seeks a Technical Consulting Engineer with expertise on Cisco’s products and solutions to join Cisco’s

Solution Support team

. You will be working closely with extended regional teams to deliver Business critical services to high value customers. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues with Cisco products and will gain insight on the detailed functionality of Cisco products and customers with all distributed elements of the service chain. The ideal candidate demonstrates an aptitude and appetite to resolve customer issues and for learning new technologies, evidenced by the ability to expand upon core technical knowledge on Cisco products and technologies. This is a superb opportunity for someone with persistence and an insightful view to become technically experts and advance their career contributing to customers while working with an industry leader in networking technology.

Who You Are

6+ years’ experience with Mobility related technology

Strong knowledge in IP routing and switching is required

Knowledge on Virtualization technologies.

3G/4G/5G mobile packet core (LTE, UMTS/CDMA/GSM/WiFi offloading.)

Working knowledge on SGSN, MME, GGSN, SGW , PGW, EPDG, SAMOG,SMF,UPF,AMF.

Knowledge on various 4G/5G and 4G call flows is a must.

Strong Knowledge on the 3GPP specifications is a must.

Applications such as Policy, IMS & VoLTE OR Experience in design and deployment of Wireless technology for various business segments.

Openstack, SDN and NFV is must.

5G knowledge is preferred
