Your Challenge Your role will need knowledge about load estimating, energy and cost modeling, plant sizing to support our customers. In addition to the energy management, you will have also the opportunity to drive the strategy for the Water and Waste Water for the Italian market. Main activity and responsibilities:
- Develop the Italian product strategy and be responsible for a long-term roadmap for the product lifecycle, which ensures the commercial success into the region, in agreement with HQ directives.
- Determine the domestic market strategy observing constantly relevant markets indications: competitor activities, portfolio gaps, demand and supply conditions, standards, regulations within target markets.
- Support sales specialists and sales representatives defining and implementing guidelines, goals and initiatives to stimulate the sales growth of the product of its own responsibility. Identify and follow-up strategic business opportunities in coordination with the sales force.
- Gather customer and market requirements for product enhancements. Use this information to help engineering and test teams in HQ for product development. Develop use cases and customer references, useful to expand the product penetration.
- Plan sales price development. Define and implement the action plan to achieve the business targets.
- Develop competitive analysis and formulation of competitive strategies for all new and existing products. Prepares a periodic review for each product along with an annual report that is used as a basis for the product plan.
- Plan and redact product promotion and new features introductions, including sales and technical trainings. Also responsible for product marketing promotion plans including trade shows, product literature plan, product training plan and product distribution plan to achieve business objectives.
- Responsible for coordination with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support and other groups as appropriate to implement the plans.
- Scouting and management for strategic to implement projects at our customers.
- Provide commercial support for post-sale product issues, including those involving quality, delivery, or pricing.
What you should bring with you - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering or its equivalent
- Have at least 2 years of experience in Energy Management System, load estimating and energy modeling
- Passionate about energy efficiency and environmental sustainability
- General knowledge of drive techniques, electric motors, motion control and PLC
- Able to think creatively and generate innovative solutions.
- Available to frequent business trips on national level, and sometimes also international;
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken;
- Automation industry knowledge, with control system background
- Familiarity with Industrial IoT concepts
- Passionate about digital technologies applied to manufacturing world
- Attitude for customer relationship management
