What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:

Siemens Smart Infrastructure is searching for a End User Parts Inside Sales Representative to grow our End User Parts business throughout the United States. Ideal candidates will have experience selling system parts with a track record of sales growth.

Responsibilities:

• Sell Automation, Fire, Life Safety, and Security system parts and products directly to end-users
• Execute strategies to convert the End User Parts team to a more out-bound selling organization that actively markets and sells Siemens products.
• Work in an open, collaborative, team environment in support of our ownership and customer centric culture.
• Identify market opportunities to maximize impact to Siemens Smart Infrastructure.
• Review sales data, proposals and estimates to ensure accuracy and professional quality to meet company and customer objectives.
• Develops strong working relationships with internal and external customers

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred
• Experience selling system parts; 3+ years preferred
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding company sales goals.
• Knowledgeable in business processes, standard practices, tools, and financial systems.
• Overall understanding of building management systems and products in automation, fire detection and security applications as applicable are preferred.
• Good verbal and written communications skills. Skilled in the PC applications and in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
