We are looking for a Product Release Manager to rein in on the go to market strategy of our mobile and analytics platforms. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on the effectiveness of the go to market strategy of our digital solutions and will help both the business and our technology organization deliver solutions that are making sense for our clients and that will be demonstrated by strong utilization and adoption rates.

Role Profile:

Reporting to the Director of Product Enablement, the Manager, Product Enablement is accountable for the successful delivery of digital and analytics products.

From inception to support, the Manager, Product Enablement acts like the mini-CEO of the product and drives organizational readiness calls, intake prioritization and business alignment. The role demands a solid foundation in both project and product management, given the complexity of the features that are being delivered and the number of stakeholders involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and Maintain the KPIs related to the health of the product that he/she owns
  • Receive and Prioritize the release of product features
  • Review product strategic goals and scope
  • Assess and share the business impact of the introduction of new features
  • Drive the organizational readiness of the delivery of new product/features
  • Define engagement, transition, termination and support models
  • Facilitate the authoring of legal contract and SOW templates required
  • Support the pilot introduction of new features
  • Exchange routine information with members of the business project team, including priorities, timeliness, and issues as they arise
  • Communicate business responsibilities and keep them on track with their tasks to ensure that project and solutions and delivered on time
  • Formally track any issues that arise and orchestrate resolutions
  • Liaise with Enterprise Learning for training needs assessment, instructional design, and delivery
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in a role related to Product Management or Strategy Consulting
  • Strong MS Office Skills (PowerPoint/Excel/Visio) required
  • Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
  • Experience working with translation providers
  • Project/Program management experience
  • Ability to speak at C-Level
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively within cross-functional teams
  • Ability to negotiate, convince and lead without authority

Education:

  • Post-secondary education or related business experience
