Job Description

• Responsible for the development of Cockpit Technology products like Infotainment systems or Interior Monitoring Systems for JOEM customer projects.
• Representing JOEM requirements to the product within the international development network
• Leading concept development for JOEM specific developments especially in acquisitions.
• Regular synchronization with each feature responsible in Bosch R&D teams for technical information sharing and discussion, in order to fulfil the major tasks above together with Bosch R&D teams
• General management of the engineering team

Qualifications

• Strong leadership in an international and multi-parties project setup with the ability to take over technical responsibility. Willing to learn new technologies and architecture.
• Business sense to drive acquisitions and capable to setup technical concepts for offer to customer
• Good problem solving skills with high commitment for target achievement
• Japanese customer orientation and openness to work in a different culture
• Already available network or capability to quickly build up a network in the international development organization for Cockpit Technologies
• Good communication skill, willingness to learn and to interact with members without borders
• Business English level
