Operation Property Manager - West Region

Job Description

Siemens Real Estate (SRE) wants you as our next Operation Property Manager – West Region who will support the California, Oregon and Washington geographical area

We want you to use your knowledge and phenomenal interest with innovation topics that change our digital future with real estate. You use your decision-making skills to make things happen.

You will be responsibilities for:

• Support the development of space optimization according to the customer needs and market developments and see opportunities to improve space efficiency, occupancy cost as well as SRE rental conditions both internally and externally
• Have solutions for space and services for tenants according to given framework
• Forecast and budgets for your properties
• Financial fulfillment of the agreed contracts with customers including timely payments to landlords and business partners
• Understands corporate real estate and its impacts on our business, including daily operations
• Maintain your knowledge and good understanding about technical assets/equipment and conditions
• Manage purchase orders and invoices from creations to approval

Requirements

• 10+ years of real estate experience
• 5+ years of project management
• Ability to handle project projects at one given time
• Collaboration across multiple groups
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; prefer technical degree
