The Team

Financial & Tax Reporting Team focuses on both financial as well as tax reporting and accounting. Each member covers a specialist area where a solid knowledge of Financial Accounting and/or Tax accounting is key. This is visible in the high level of education each team member has, with almost all members having completed their Masters. Focus areas include Month-end / Quarterly / Year-end close activities, external Audits on both US GAAP as well as Statutory Audits, P&L / Balance Sheet / Cash Flow reporting, Tax declaration, guidance, and implementation of US GAAP policies with a continued focus on driving optimization and automation.

A day in the life of a FINANCE REPORTING intern

The intern will have the opportunity to get exposure to accounting, reviewing, controlling, reporting and evaluating of the European P&L statements and related business processes and (under supervision) can experience in further optimization, improvement and automation

• Learn the reporting and month end closing processes and procedures for PVH Corp from a Financial Reporting perspective
• Get an overview of the CEO requests for Dashboard requirements and submissions
• Receive mentorship in monitoring monthly and quarterly performance by look at different sources of data provided by SAP/HANA, BW and Tableau.
• Practise your strong analytical skills: numerical data (EBIT & top line net sales) and result oriented (make things happen)
• Polish your communication skills: working with various stakeholders in different departments & countries
• Continue to practice using MS Office – with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint

Must Haves

• Eligible to work within the EU
• Must be enrolled in full time continuing education for the entire internship
• Available from 01 Feb 2023 for a 6-month, full time program
