Apple’s AI/ML University team is looking for a Machine Learning Educator to design and facilitate learning experiences for machine learning at Apple, and to help grow our community of teachers and learners. • Experience developing educational materials and programs for applied machine learning.
• Understand a wide variety of machine learning techniques and how to apply them to develop models.
• Show empathy and curiosity when working with learners from a variety of backgrounds and skill levels, including engineers and managers.
• Understand how to ask questions that encourage others to think more broadly.
• Have superior verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently, planning for short and long-term goals.
• Skilled at building relationships with technical experts, cross-functional partners, and across levels of leadership.
• Fluent in Python and Jupyter notebooks.

Description

Description - You will be part of a team that’s responsible for developing and growing a machine learning educational program for Apple employees, including self-guided, instructor-led, and hybrid courses. - You will collaboratively design and facilitate courses for a variety of learners who wish to develop their machine learning expertise, including engineers, designers, data analysts, and program managers. - You will create learning activities to help students apply concepts and build confidence. - You will work with a team of teaching assistants to provide assistance to students as they work through course materials. - You will help curate the best content, design curriculums, and arrange learning paths for a variety of skill levels.

Education & Experience

Education & Experience - Graduate-level experience in Machine Learning, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, or related field or BS in related field with a strong academic record. - 3+ years implementing education programs in professional or academic settings.
