The team
Our Marketing team creates world-class content and data-driven marketing solutions that communicate the value of DocuSign’s Agreement Cloud to reach more customers and help them understand the potential impact DocuSign can have on their business. We design creative for a new business campaign. Build worldwide digital experiences that touch millions. Refine messaging around new product launches. Organize captivating customer events. Develop innovative social media campaigns. Collaborate on playbooks and training with the Sales team. Marketing is the face and voice of DocuSign and plays a key, high-impact role in how we tell our story.

This position
DocuSign seeks a result-oriented individual to join the GTM Process Strategy & Design team. The GTM Process Strategy & Design team's mission is to identify, design and measure sales and revenue generating processes at scale across DocuSign's revenue execution ecosystem. Our business requires that sellers consistently operate at the top of their profession with processes and engagements that create value for our customers at every step of their journey with DocuSign. We are seeking a Business Process Architect who is passionate about customer centricity and skilled in sales execution. In this role, your efforts will be the key to ensure we design impactful customer centric sales processes.

This key resource will help spearhead our efforts to design and optimize field processes across the customer journey. The impact of this work will ensure our customers have a delightful experience when engaging with DocuSign, while also ensuring our field representatives (sales teams, etc.) have a comprehensive and well defined process at every step of the customer journey. Your business process and analytical skills will be instrumental in helping DocuSign scale globally aligned processes. As the organization unifies around specific frameworks, platforms, & solutions, you’ll design new, highly orchestrated processes that support the global needs of our organization.

This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Sr. Director GTM Process Strategy & Design and is designated Flex

Responsibilities

  • Act as the Strategic Program Lead to develop, design and document end-to-end process resulting in operationalized process playbooks that represent best-in class sales execution across the buyer journey
  • Conduct qualitative research to document and measure current state execution as a foundational element to developing and enhancing future state or optimized processes
  • Work with Sales Leaders, Marketing, Customer Success and Product Development to ensure the processes developed align to the Customer Journey
  • Develop and effectively communicate processes through visuals and process flows at all levels of the organization including both business leaders and technical support teams
  • Develop and maintain documentation of an integrated view of the respective GTM motion which includes details on how our field should leverage our data and systems as part of orchestrated processes necessary to achieve business outcomes
  • Develop, own and maintain core documentation (SOP's) of sales processes
  • Suggest new methods to improve the experience and productivity of internal users (sales, support, etc.)
  • Create and implement test plans for new processes including the summarization of feedback
  • Spend time with the field as well as time in the field witnessing execution of current state process and future state enhancements.
  • Lead pilot programs of key initiatives and report on those key pilots for broader rollout and execution

Basic qualifications

  • BA or BS degree in related field
  • 12+ years relevant experience

Preferred qualifications

  • Expertise analyzing and designing business processes and recommending improvements
  • Ability to interact with and influence all levels from ICs to executives
  • Superior communication skills; the ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Strong ability to create process documentation visualizations
  • Strong ability to create/maintain cross-team relationships and partnerships
  • 8+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Enablement experience
  • Experience with reporting tools (Excel, Salesforce, Qlik, Tableau, LucidChart or similar)
  • Experience at a company with multiple product offerings servicing both Commercial and Enterprise customers

Based on Colorado law, the following details are for Colorado individuals only: Colorado base salary range: $115,800 - $163,575 and eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
