Job Description

In Bosch Rexroth, we are one of the leading specialists in drive and control technologies. As part of our business expansion, we are seeking one position of Data Analyst for our Singapore office.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• Gather data from various systems, cleaning up and maintaining data quality, analyze and study model data sets provided by global standard.
• Assist in data migration and creation of dashboards.
• Take lead in projects related to business process improvements.
• Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts when necessary.
• Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets.
• Helping develop reports and analysis.
• Managing and designing the reporting environment including data sources, security, and metadata.
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization.
• Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems.
• Generating reports from single or multiple systems.
• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science with a 2 years of experience in working with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Python, Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent communication skills
• Understands and can speak to dimensional data modeling and data warehousing methodologies.
