What part will you play?• Responsible for defining end-to-end experiences.• Responsible to define and implement innovative design solutions that align with business while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.• Responsible to work with UI development team on design handover, open to receive feedback and work towards improvising experience.• An online portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating great user-centered design solutions. • Understanding of user research, workshop facilitation with stakeholders, usability testing, translating research insights into personas, journey maps, storyboards, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and/or animations/micro interactions that culminate in intuitive user experiences and effectively communicate design ideas. • Ability to iterate designs efficiently and intelligently.• Exhibit great communication skills with ability to communicate clearly and effectively to product management, development team and various stakeholders regularly. • Adhere to style guide with pixel-perfect UI elements.We’ve got quite a lot to offer. How about you?• Degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or any other relevant field.• 0-2 years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role• Proficient with visual design tools such as Adobe XD/ Sketch/ Figma, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.• Understanding of adaptive and responsive design. • Awareness of common usability principles, UX design best practices, user-centered design, and design thinking.• Passionate about resolving user pain points, understanding business and domain aspects of the project. A lucid sense for how individual components and features impacts larger applications or user’s overall experience throughout the journey, complete ownership of the design process of assigned projects.• Passionate about design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently and independently (unsupervised) as an active member of the team.• Basic understanding of Design Systems, pattern libraries, scalability, UX challenges in multi-platform solutions.• Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.• Experienced working in a Lean Agile/Scrum development process environment.Make your mark in our exciting world at Siemens.This role is in Gurgaon, where you’ll get the chance to work with teams impacting entire cities, countries – and the craft of things to come.We’re Siemens.
