Become an SAP ERP Business Analyst, and bring your SAP experience in the Aerospace and Defense sector to facilitate the development, implementation, and sustainment of the SAP/ERP system and processes working across multiple project teams. You would provide the following capability to the project team; Serve as Product Owner for Sustainment agile team. Define stories and prioritize team backlog in preparation for Program Increment planning events and during Iteration Execution. Analyze supply chain program business processes and procedures for improvement and system applicability. Provide clearly defined solutions supporting Performance Based Logistics contracting methodology for configuration of SAP and supporting business processes. Perform gap analysis and system re-engineering of SAP supply chain management activities including; Sales & Distribution, Procurement, Inventory Management, Maintenance Repair & Overhaul, and Packing Handling Storage & Transportation. Responsible for system design, development, configuration, unit testing, operational assessment readiness for SAP. Will author functional specifications for enhancements, conversions, master data records, reports, and custom transactions. Responsible for unit testing, integration testing, documentation and training of the end user community. Develop training documentation and scripts using SAP methodologies.
A level 4 employee Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Experience with SAP
Experience in Sustainment and/or Transportation or experience delivering IT solutions
Experience with project management, formal/informal
Desired Skills:
Experience working with Military customers
Experience working with international customers
Experience Facilitating change and learning activities
Experience working with Fiori and/or Personas
Experience working with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM)
