What’s in for you? In this position, you will have a significant impact on our growing Commercial organization by developing Commercial Training and Development program. The goal of the program is to increase the productivity of new hires during their first-year journey and empower our front-line reps to become top performers.   • Develop, manage, and administer Commercial onboarding program that enables faster time-to-productivity for new hires.
    • Partner with Commercial leaders and Consultants/Solutions Engineers to develop and administer new hire onboarding. Tailor individual onboarding when appropriate, according to the development opportunity areas.
    • Drive training standardization through robust curriculum design, content development/delivery and assessment/certification throughout the training continuum.
    • Collaborate with Human Resources team to track and report on impact and success measures related to hiring and onboarding (time-to-hire, time-to-productivity, etc.)
  • Support overall Commercial hiring process and promote competency-based assessment.
    • Perform gap analysis to measure the effectiveness and alignment of the new Commercial profiles with organizational goals.
  • Support the rollout of a consultative, value-based pricing sales approach, and develop a reinforcement curriculum.
    • Partner with the Salesforce Admin and Rev Ops to adapt our CRM tools to reinforce diagnostic sales methodology.
    • Measure the effectiveness of Commercial training and reinforcement programs.
  • Partner with Solutions Engineers and Consultants to develop and refine Product-focused training materials.
    • In collaboration with Product, Marketing and Commercial teams, build out persona-based value proposition for 3E’s product suite.
  • Assist Rev Ops to launch and reinforce Commercial excellence curriculum (training on sales processes/tools) that enables operational rigor and drive productivity.
  • Manage Learning Management System and Commercial training repository (Highspot), including creating, cataloging, and updating training content.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of sales experience, + 2 as a sales coach, training and development specialist or a similar position.
  • Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices (analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation) and familiarity with adult learning.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. A background in chemical regulatory solutions, supply chain or IT systems sales, or EH&S industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce.com.
