Job Description
Fuel Cell Electric Vehicles (FCEV) are an emerging trend in the automotive industry. We, at Bosch, are invested in developing efficient solutions using this new and exciting technology.
You now have the possibility to contribute to this topic from the position of a Test Manager for Fuel Cell Systems .

- You will plan and keep track of project testing activities
- You will define test strategies for each testing phase of the project
- You will be able to monitor/manage the optimal use of technologies and automation for testing
- You will prepare project status reports both internally and for the customers
- You will ensure quality processes as requested by automotive standards
- You will be able to propose and plan possible improvements for the current testing process
- You will manage local and external stakeholders
- You can closely cooperate with local and international partners
You will be using:
- Planning tools: RQ1, Jira
- Embedded-SW Test Automation tools: ECU-Test, INCA, Silver
- Versioning tools: GIT, SVN
- HIL systems: ETAS
- Programming languages: Python, Embedded C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink
- Safety standard ISO26262
- Automotive Communication protocols: CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, Ethernet
Qualifications
Who you are:
- You have a University degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Physics or comparable
- You have experience with project activities planning (e.g Microsoft Project, RQ1, Jira or similar)
- You have experience with testing methods (white box, black box)
- You have basic experience with embedded software development, preferably in the automotive industry
- You have previous experience with Functional, Unit, Integration and System testing in the automotive industry
- You have experience with microcontrollers and basic electrical instrumentation usage
- You have knowledge about the MiL/SiL/HiL systems/setups/testing
- You have ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level with successfully passed exam
It’s a plus if you have:
- Good knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, Flexray, or Ethernet
- Experience with simulations (e.g. modeling of power electronic systems, System C TLM)
