LiveRamp is looking for a Head of Global Customer & Partner Enablement and will be responsible for developing and overseeing the vision, direction, quality, and output of our Learning & Enablement teams, reporting directly to our Chief Customer Officer. You and your teams will be responsible for ensuring our customers and partners are set up to succeed in using LiveRamp by driving the continued evolution of LiveRamp University and other customer/partner enablement programs.

You will:

  • Own the overall business strategy for our global customer enablement functions, working closely with cross-functional leaders to ensure our structure, content, and processes deliver a customer first best-in-class experience.
  • Build and manage a team to deliver and manage LiveRamp University working across the LiveRamp customer lifecycle, ensuring that the program incorporates key messaging from product management, engineering, and marketing.
  • Design and roll out certification programs to support objectives for the company's new and existing partners and customers.
  • Utilize best-in-class training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of enablement program in support of customer development.
  • Identify, manage, track and report on all Enablement KPIs and metrics, creating a data-driven team focused on delivering the best customer experience while also identifying opportunities to build scalable processes.
  • Manage the identification, evaluation, and implementation of Enablement technologies, ensuring our tools are leveraged to capacity and are delivering the intended customer experience.
  • Collaborate across LiveRamp, especially with Customer Success and Product, to provide feedback from the Customers' points of view and also to ensure Enablement offerings are truly supporting and enabling Customers.
  • Play an active role in the Global Customer Leadership Team to help develop and define the overall strategy for the organization.

About you:

  • At least ten years of experience working in enablement roles in B2B software, ideally marketing or data technology organizations with a track record of driving growth.
  • Extensive knowledge of which methods and mediums to use to ensure that people learn and retain highly technical information effectively, while ensuring a learning experience that is clear, concise, and on-brand.
  • Proven success managing a diverse team, including technical roles and have a passion for inspiring creativity and productivity among team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated understanding of various software applications for audio, video, related media editing tools and the management of learning related artifacts.
  • Are internally and externally recognized as business contributor, industry or product specialist.
  • Work on issues and projects which have high complexity.
  • Act as an advisor on complex issues and projects, exercising discretion and latitude in reaching project goals. Leads cross functional teams and mentors others.
  • Extremely strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in working in a client advisory role
  • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
