Job Description

• Work as SAP product consultant of Bosch in-house SAP PDM/PLM products and solutions.
• Coordinate SAP development activities as Scrum Master in the area of SAP PDM/PLM products.
• Support IT Product Owner on relevant tasks towards IT Product Excellence.
• Consulting of Bosch in-house SAP PDM/PLM products according to main IT process.
• Consulting customers regarding IT product management and operation.
• Coordination with external services.
• SAP PLM ABAP development (on demand)
• 作为SAP PDM/PLM 产品顾问,开展针对博世内部的SAP PDM/PLM产品的咨询工作。
• 作为Scrum Master,在博世SAP PDM/PLM产品领域协调相关的SAP软件开发工作。
• 支持IT产品经理开展产品持续改善等相关工作。
• 基于博世内部的IT流程,协调相应的IT相关工作。
• 面向博世内部事业部的客户,开展SAP PDM/PLM模块相关的咨询工作,涉及IT产品管理与运维。
• 与第三方服务人员开展合作。
• SAP PLM ABAP 开发工作 (如有要求)。

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT background or related.
• Strong knowhow of Agile methodology, have experience of Scrum Master.
• 5-8 years' experience in SAP area, familiar with SAP PDM/PLM and functions is a plus.
• Initiative and ability to drive things for a given purpose.
• Ability to work in international teams (German & Indian), fluent English both in Oral and Written.
• End-to-End Process analyses and integrated thinking ability, problem solving skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, customer orientation consultancy.
• Target oriented working, deep-dive-in.
• Quick learner and good self-learning ability .
• SAP ABAP development experience is a plus.
• IT或相关背景本科学历。
• 拥有敏捷开发项目管理和Scrum Master的知识与经验。
• 5-8年SAP相关经验,熟悉SAP PDM/PLM 或物料主数据相关功能者优先。

• 有SAP ABAP开发经验者优先考虑。
