Job Description

This position is responsible for budgeting, controlling and managing the company expenses, ensuring the accuracy of allocations and projections, focusing on continuous improvement within budget processes, reporting and execution of standardized processes. He/She will have the responsibility to analyze, compile and coordinate accounting activities related to all expense accounts, including assessment on risks and opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• University degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, IT & other related to the job description
• Advanced English (verbal and written)
• One year of experience in financial planning or accounting
• Result oriented, Peer Relationship and Learning Agility
• Knowledge of SAP / Helios and Power BI & other reporting and forecasting tools will be considered as a plus

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Supports FP&A team in delivering consolidated financial reports and ensures that budget and actual information is aligned (SAP / HELIOS)
• Closing activities coordination (periodic and annual) to ensure the integrity of A&CP accounts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating accounting pre-postings, account analysis and cost reporting, and organizing and tracking the upcoming activity calendar / schedule across all roles. Lead improvements in related accounting processes
• Seeks solution and / or explanation of issues through its interfaces with cost center owners. Reviews all transactions, policies and procedures to ensure accurate financial results. Identifies savings opportunities within budgets.
• Responsible for monitoring the NCFO, co-pilot a multidisciplinary team for improving assertiveness, model the financial tool for forecasting and Implement routines for the NCFO forecast, actual vs budget
• G eneration of reports and management cockpits of results, also developing and creating performance reports in Power BI
