Description: The coolest jobs on this planet... or any other... are with Lockheed Martin Space!The Edge Processing Center of Excellence (EPCOE) is looking for a hardworking and energetic product manager to lead development and program execution for the next generation of digital products. Digital products include Avionics, Crypto, Memory, Processors, Networking, Data Formatters, and Software Defined Radio (SDR) systems. These products are then integrated into complex digital systems that support a multitude of space missions for military, commercial, civil, and special programs customers. Digital products process/generate data from secure communications, remote sensing, and bus applications. This opportunity is for a manager to lead the product development department within the Products and Programs business area.
The digital product manager will lead multi-disciplinary teams to design, develop, test, and deliver cutting-edge digital processing systems utilizing common products, leveraging state-of-the art digital technologies, while adhering to program budget and schedule constraints. The role is challenging, but also very rewarding with significant potential for career exposure and advancement on high-visibility programs. Basic Qualifications:• Bachelors or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other relevant STEM degree from an Accredited University
• Leadership or Management Experience
Desired Skills:• 3 years of Management Experience
• Product development experience
• Graduate degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Experience in the design or test of digital technologies such as FPGA, ASIC, and/or Circuit Card Assemblies
• Master of Business Administration or Master of Engineering Management
• Active TS/SCI Clearance
