We’re looking for a driven, strategic thinker to help run our Treats product line and support other new initiatives! Launched in 2022, human-grade treats are one of The Farmer’s Dog’s first new product lines and we are investing in growing the business to the next level as we exit the Beta period and begin a larger rollout.
As a Growth Manager, Treats you’ll help improve the end-to-end experience for our treats customers and develop new ways to grow the product line. You’ll distill insights from a wide variety of data sources to help build a strategic roadmap across physical and digital touchpoints, and partner with team members across the organization to implement initiatives like: building marketing and lifecycle communications, experimenting and iterating on the digital product experience, updating packaging in collaboration with Operations, monitoring and deep diving into performance metrics, and working with our CX team to handle sophisticated customer problems.
As part of our Growth department, you’ll be highly focused on building an amazing, holistic customer experience across all aspects of the customer experiences. This is a highly cross-functional role, collaborating daily with product managers, engineering, product design, CX, data, etc. As such, your projects will be diverse and across all stages of the development lifecycle — you’ll have the opportunity to think big in blue-sky brainstorming sessions as well as go deep with more tactical implementation.
