Job Description

Type of Position: Internship
Duration of internship : 6 months
Start Time : Immediate

Location: Pune - Hybrid (Remote & In-Studio), must reside in Pune

We are looking for HR Interns for our Compensation & the Talent Acquisition Teams. The Interns will work with the respective Managers for providing day to day support to the human resource team on various tasks and initiatives.

The Compensation Intern will be responsible to support on the following:

• Collation of data for various compensation analysis/benchmarking and salary review.
• Maintaining a data base for difference rewards survey and preparation of data for compensation surveys.
• Assisting in the data collation for different market analysis.
• Maintaining various salary increase and offer proposal trackers.
• Assisting in annual salary review exercise.
• Assisting in the automation of different compensation related activities- requirement gathering, creation of system roadmaps, assisting in the actual integration process.
• Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of different rewards policies.

The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible to support on the following:

• Maintain job postings through various online databases and our website
• Review the applications and help to select suitable candidates
• Search both active and passive candidates through multiple channels
• Phone screen and interview scheduling
• Provide support on assigned administrative processes within the HR department
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support overall hiring needs in the studio
• Learn the process of onboarding candidates
• Support HR processes and policies implementation from an administrative perspective

Qualifications

Role Requirements

• BBA graduates
• MBA aspirants open for 6 months internship

Skills

• Good communication skills
• Good knowledge MS office functionalities – Excel, word are a must & knowledge of PowerPoint presentations will be an added advantage
• An Eye for details- someone who can understand data (numbers or documents) and comprehend on his/her own
