This position will report to the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) Reporting Team for the F-22 Program in Fort Worth, Texas. This position will be responsible for preparing and submitting Contract Fund Status Report (CFSR), Cost Performance Report (CPR) or Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), and Funding Notifications. This role requires strong analytical skills to assess monthly Earned Value status and performance impacts. It is highly desirable that the candidate also possess excellent communication skills as well as a strong ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment as this position heavily interacts with and supports IFG Business Managers and Program Managers.
***Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. Will be required to obtain security clearance after hire.***

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience developing and using MS Excel pivot tables, lookups, and/or databases to obtain data and develop reports
• Experience with Financial analysis
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Desired Skills:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
• Experience budgeting and tracking a program.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS) concepts and application.
• Experience with Deltek tool suite (Cobra, PM Compass), wInsight and/or Empower
• Knowledge of Program Performance Management processes
• Experience with Systems, Applications, Products Software (SAP)
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx and/or other data visualization platforms
• Experience Microsoft Office Suite Products with emphasis on Excel
• Excellent communication skills
