Job Description

1. Responsible for computer vision, Lidar SLAM product application development and technical support;

2. Responsible for key customer relationship management and build up good communication channel with customer;

3. Responsible for technical issue tracking and escalation. Understand customer’s technical problem and provide prompt consulting;

4. Responsible for exploring use case/project of new technology.

负责新技术应用,新场景的开拓。

Qualifications

1. In-depth understanding of China's AGV/AMR market and users;

对中国AGV/AMR市场与用户有深入了解;

2. Bachelor/above degree with electrification/automation/robotics related major;

电气/自动化/机器人相关专业本科及以上学历;

3. Familiar with Python & C++ programing, sufficient to provide technical support to customers;

熟悉Python与C++编程,能够为用户和项目提供技术支持;

4. Familiar with ROS;

熟悉ROS;

5. Familiar with Linux & shell script development;

熟悉Linux开发及shell脚本开发;

6. Lidar SLAM software development or research experiment is a plus;

有SLAM软件开发或相关研究经验优先;

7. Sales related experience is a plus;

有销售相关经验优先;

8. Strong communication skill and good team player;

良好的沟通技巧及团队协作;

9. 10-15% domestic travel and onsite support;

10-15%的国内主要城市出差;

10. Fluent English, be able to oral communication with English.
